A New AI Model for Talent Selection
We are a team of several professors and two blockchain experts. Over the past months, we built an AI evaluation model tailored to how people think, not just what they know. It analyzes:
Reasoning quality: structure, logic, and causal clarity.
Decision calibration: ability to estimate risk, uncertainty, and trade-offs.
Ethical consistency: coherence of principles under pressure.
Strategic vision: long-term thinking, creativity, and opportunity design.
Team complementarity: how profiles combine into a high-leverage group.
Traditional HR relies on CVs, interviews, and references—slow signals that are noisy and easy to game. Our model creates high-fidelity signals in hours, not weeks, under realistic constraints. It is designed for repeatability, auditability, and scale. Launching this protocol on-chain allows anyone to verify process integrity and observe outcomes in public.
To prove the model, we gave it a concrete target: assemble a team of 10 complementary people. The token provides the incentive loop and the distribution rail for the experiment.
