• Stage 0 — Access Gate Wallet connection + token possession check, anti-Sybil controls, environment readiness.

• Stage 1 — Reasoning Under Uncertainty Individual scenarios with incomplete information. Scored on logic, calibration, and clarity.

• Stage 2 — Adversarial Trade-offs Multi-criteria decisions with conflicting objectives (time, cost, ethics, impact).

• Stage 3 — Strategic Composition Design choices that expose individual strengths and weaknesses; complementarity signals are extracted.

• Stage 4 — The 10 AI selects the final ten, then we manually verify identity/eligibility and confirm complementarity as a set.

At each successful stage, participants receive an airdropped allocation.
