Roadmap

• T0 (Launch — Oct 19, 2025): site live, Stage 0/1 open, token live, docs published.

• T0 + 2 weeks: Stage 2 opens, integrity note #1.

• T0 + 4–6 weeks: Stage 3 opens, integrity note #2.

• T0 + 8–10 weeks: Finalization of The 10, closing allocations, debrief.

Timelines may adapt to participant volume. Any updates will be posted on the site.

Next Deployment Phase (2026): Following the Solana cycle, the same selection protocol will be expanded and adapted for new ecosystems — beginning with BASE and BNB Chain.

Each network will run its own independent version of The 10, with network-specific tokens, governance, and datasets to test the model’s scalability and cultural adaptability.
